Capacity Development Organization for Women (CDOW) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profitable social organization established by a group of committed and well-educated youths with massive experience in different sectors and fully familiarized with the economic, social, cultural, political, and environmental context of Afghanistan. 

Our core objective is to provide professional skills development and learning opportunities for Afghan women to strengthen them. We achieve our goals by developing, testing, and delivering evidence-based, feasible, and cost-effective interventions relating to economic and social development with greater involvement in women’s programs. We also support the government and international organizations’ initiatives aimed at poverty reduction in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
